Private events
Birthdays, work parties, graduations.
Catering is about how much food. A private event is about the occasion: the day, the crowd, and how the food fits into it. Tell us what you are planning and we will tell you what we can do for it.

What we can talk about
Start with the date. We will work back from there.
Trays delivered or picked up
The most common ask. Full-size trays of the menu, ready at a time you set.
The cart at your event
Ask. Whether the cart can come to a location depends on the date, the site and what the cart is doing that day. We will give you a straight yes or no.
Groups at the cart
Bringing a team or a birthday group to the covered tables? Call ahead with a headcount so the food is timed together.
Planning notes
What makes an event easy on both sides.
Ask early
Two weeks is comfortable. A few days is sometimes possible. Same day is a phone call, not a form.
Know the headcount
Rough is fine. We size trays, not plates, so “about 40” is a real answer.
Name the dietary needs
Tofu covers most vegetarians. Allergies need to be in the inquiry, so the kitchen knows before the day.
Tell us the site
Indoors or out, power or none, a table for trays or not. This decides what we can offer.
Sundays
Both carts are closed Sundays. Sunday events are possible only by arrangement, so ask well ahead.
Budget
Tell us what you are working with. We will say what it covers rather than guess.
Private event inquiry
Tell us about the day.
We reply by email. If it is this week, call (503) 568-4471 instead.
