FAQ

Questions we get at the window.

If yours is not here, call the cart or send a message.

Ordering

How do I order?

Call the cart. Aloha is (503) 568-4471, Tigard is (971) 492-8200. Orders are cooked when you call, so a few minutes of notice means it is ready when you arrive. You can also walk up and order at the window.

Can I order online or get delivery?

Not right now. There is no online checkout and we are not on DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub. Phone ahead and pick up at the window, or ask for curbside.

Is there somewhere to sit?

Yes. Both carts have covered outdoor tables.

Is there a restroom?

Yes, at the Aloha cart. It is for customers; ask at the window for the key.

The menu

What comes with an entree?

Sautéed vegetables, steam rice and two sauces: the 503 Sauce and the seafood sauce. You can swap the steam rice for chicken fried rice for $2.50.

Can I get my steak cooked a certain way?

Yes. Say the temperature when you order. The steak is cooked to order.

Is there a vegetarian option?

Hibachi Tofu, $14, with the same vegetables, rice and sauces. Vegetable yakisoba is on the sides menu.

What are the sauces?

The 503 Sauce and the seafood sauce come with every entree. Garlic butter and teriyaki are available as extras. All are made in house, fresh daily. Extra sauces are 50 cents each.

Do you have allergen information?

Ask at the cart when you order and tell us about any allergy. The kitchen works with soy, wheat, shellfish, egg and sesame, and everything is cooked on the same flat-top, so we cannot promise a plate is free of any allergen.

Are the prices on this site current?

They are the Aloha cart's menu board. Prices can change without notice; the board at the window is final.

Catering and events

Do you cater?

Yes. Full-size trays of fried rice, yakisoba, vegetables, lumpia, shrimp, chicken and steak. Send a catering inquiry with the date, headcount and location.

How much does catering cost?

It depends on the date, the headcount and what you want on the table, so we quote each order rather than publish a price list. The inquiry form takes about a minute and we reply by email.

Can the cart come to my event?

Ask. It depends on the date, the site and what the cart is doing that day. Use the private events form and we will give you a straight answer.

How much notice do you need?

Two weeks is comfortable. Shorter is sometimes possible. Same-day is a phone call.
